Solving CryptoQuote with a GA
Results:
- Our new CryptoSolver v1.2 can now solve all the cases but one!
- version 1.0 could only solve 3 of the 9 test cases
- version 1.1 added punctuation but could still only solve 5 of the 9
test cases
- version 1.2 can now seed the population with
solutions it finds to
some of the bigger words, helping it to solve 8 of the 9 test cases and
in less generations
- future versions will allow the ability to include names in the dictionary,
which will allow us to solve our last one, data8.
